Pricing - All prices are in US dollars.
Return Policy - All sales are final. I am not able to accept returns at this time. I do my best to portray the products accurately however, I cannot be responsible for variances that occur between devices. Please look at the photos closely and read the description provided carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to answer them to the best of my ability.
Digital Products - Because digital items, including but not limited to patterns and online workshops, are
instantly available after purchase, there are no returns or refunds for these products. Access has already been granted.
Handcrafted Not Perfect - I create one-at-a-time, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted items. They are not made by a machine and therefore may have slight imperfections and inconsistencies that add to their character and show the hand of the maker. These in no way affect the functionality of the piece. If there is a concern, it is noted in the product description. I only list items that I am happy to have associated with my name and would purchase myself.
Shipping & International Orders - The shop is not set up to sell outside of Canada and the United States. If you live in another part of the world and want to make a purchase, please contact me directly at email@example.com to see what is possible.
Shipping is a flat rate that reflects current rates for shipping across Canada and the United States. If the package is especially heavy or large and the fees exceed what was invoiced, I will contact you to discuss the difference. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. I send packages once a week on Wednesday mornings. Orders received after that time will be sent the following week.
Packaging Practices - Please note that you will not receive a pretty package all tied up with ribbons and bows. Not only does pretty, but unnecessary packaging, add to the shipping expense and in turn to the purchase price, but I prefer to use recycled materials whenever possible. I do not include a surprise gift or extra items because - as an essentialist - I myself do not want to receive something I didn't ask for and then have to figure out what to do with it.
Damage & Delays - All orders are tracked and the number will be emailed to you when the item is shipped. When an order leaves my studio, it has been carefully packaged for its journey with every opportunity to arrive in safe condition. I have a reputation for well packed packages and loving tape. These issues will need to be taken up with the shipper. I am not responsible for issues or expenses incurred by situations beyond my control.
